I ordered an orange milk chocolate bar, a milk chocolate bar and some praline eggs. This was my first order, as I wanted to try a luxury alternative to Hotel Chocolat. The packaging was really lovely, but I would rate the chocolate only above average and not as good as I'd hoped. I only like milk chocolate, and for me all the products just lacked a true luxury lingering creaminess that I was expecting.

Three weeks after making an online order with Rococo, nothing has arrived. My emails to Rococo customer service have gone unanswered. Appalling. Avoid.

Although my chocolates arrived very late, the customer service at Rococco was excellent. They kept me informed of what was going on. The problem was with the Royal Mail strikes and not the company. 😊

I love Rococo chocolates but my delivery took 2 weeks! Weather and postal strikes haven’t helped . My worry is that they are gifts and that the chocolate when opened will be marred. I hope it isn’t but only my recipients will know!
