Chocolates are great. Delivery took too long. 7 days from ordering to being delivered. Royal Mail 48 is terrible compared to modern day delivery companies. And when they first tried delivering no one (4 people and 2 dogs) heard them knock

Excellent chocolates, clunky website and slow delivery.

I bought chocolates here for Xmas gifts, non sale items, and they were use by 25/11/22. Useless.

Chocolates were a gift for my Daughter, she was delighted and loved them.

Quite fiddly to order online, sending as a gift. Took a while using the website, not intuitive user experience at all. Order confirmed as delivered but it was not received by my friends. I contacted customer services who responded promptly and have quickly attempted to rectify the situation. The next attempt at delivery is underway, so keeping fingers crossed it arrives this time, but top marks to their efficient and polite customer advisers.

I visited the shop in Marylebone High street area. Excellent customer service, very helpful, and great choice of delicious chocolates.
