I made an error buying chocolate for a gift in November and the shelf life was too short. I was just told there was nothing you could do although I spent a significant amount - wasted since the person will receive old chocolates which reflects also on you. The best thing to do would have allowed a return and purchase one month later - I received chocolates out of date within 2 months

An incredible and indulgent product that never fails on quality

Love Rococo chocolates and ordered a selection of sale items expecting a short use by date but not for them to be out of date by nearly a week when they arrived. The brandy raisins still tasted delicious but why bother with a use by date if it means so little?

I bought few chocolates from them. They were all 4 months expired. On top of original used by date it was new sticker with “new”date. Message them about it but did not even bother to email me back with apologies. Horrible experience

Ordered some chocolates for a birthday gift and 8 days later they still hadn’t been dispatched so missed the birthday. Was advised they would be delivered by 30th and they hadn’t even left by that date! Very disappointing considering they were £45 - not cheap! 🥲 sadly very let down by this service

I am a big fan of little bags of Rococco chocolate treats. I especially like the white chocolate cranberries and the salted caramel birds’ eggs. Excellent quality. I wish the bags were larger !

Missing 2 items as part of a larger order. C/S handled it well and replacements sent and received in good time. The products are a matter of taste and subjective. They are very well packaged and arrive in top condition. I personally find the range of products to be of high standard and have ordered several times in the past. A dispatch cock up wont deter me from ordering again. 1 Star off because of missing items.
