No flexibility to amend order
I made an error with the delivery address (my phone autofilled a work contact’s address in error - and I don’t recall seeing a confirmation screen) I contacted Rococo within minutes of making the order to ask to amend it or to cancel and re-order - but they said they were not able to do so. One of the reasons they gave is that they are a small company, but that didn’t really explain their lack of flexibility. It has cost me a third of the price of my order and a lot of time (and embarrassment) to sort the problem out.

Happy with the service but I had not notice the part which said chocolates only had a guarantee of one month which was no good to me as they where for Xmas gifts and would be out of date. I explained this to Rococo and they offered me a voucher to cover part of the cost which I was more than happy with so please be aware of the use by date

Great product, slow customer service
Website info needs improving; I ordered an item that wasn't available from the depot, was only available to collect from a shop. The only info I received was that my order could not be delivered to my address. I sent 3 emails to enquire about this before someone finally got back to me and explained the situation. I could then proceed with the rest of my order and received that promptly.
