The chocolates got delayed in the post but have now been found. They look delicious - though quality rather than quantity!

Rococo Chocolates were fantastic. My first order got very delayed by the disrupted postal service. After Royal Mail tracking ceased to update for five days, I emailed Rococo's customer services, and they replied immediately and shipped out a replacement, which came the next day! So good of them, I'm only sorry they had to bear the cost of the lost chocs. Can't wait to try the chocolates but they are for Christmas :0)

Having placed an order I realised I'd made a mistake in the address. When I emailed them someone immediately got back to me and rectified the problem. Was really impressed with the personal service. And goes without saying - the chocolates are to die for......

I've wanted to treat myself to Rococo chocolates for ages but felt a bit too extravagant. Finally got some bee bars and I'm so pleased! All the flavours were really delicious and because they are in small bars I know they will last me for ages. Love them.
