Its such a shame but Rococo chocolate/really isn't what it used to be. The floral cremes were heavenly but they don't seem to exist any more! This is now my second disappointing purchase after loving their subtle, delicate and enchanting flavours for years! Earl grey bar which had not a hint of bergamot favour, now a Violet bar which has Violet oil listed as a 'trace' ingredient which is a gross exaggeration as there is no violet flavour at all! I won't be back.

Disappointed with the rum and brandy sultanas in chocolate. Lacking in flavour and no sign of boozy taste. Will not purchase again

bought 8 bars chocolate for gifts for party in 2 weeks, but very disappointed to discover that they only had 1-2 weeks left on best by dating so cannot use them for this purpose. Also chocolate cranberries were th same. I appreciate that these are in sale but if dates are so short I think customers should be made aware

Staff keep changing. The hot chocolate is good. The over the counter chocolates are ok not as premium as they can be. The coffee shop area needs a serious upgrade. They no longer give their regulars a “friends and family” discount which they used to do-apparently its under new ownership and management an they don’t value their frequent customers.

The online service was at first hard to use because I was making a purchase form the USA. However, once I contacted the customer support team it was handled quickly and in a very friendly manner! The chocolates were delivered on time and were loved by the recipient!
