Very disappointed to be let down by delivery failure. Despite paying extra for next working day delivery, and despite also allowing an additional 3 days for any potential delivery problems, the order did not arrive in time to be gifted. The courier company did not wait long-enough for us to get to the door and made no attempt to leave the package in the designated safe place. Left us embarrassed as we were unable to present gift at appropriate time. Lack of contact number on website meant communication means were not in place to enable more timely resolution.
