I chose cherry liqueur chocolates & pistachio nougat for a friends birthday but made a mess of my order. It was too late to change when l realised my mistake but Catherine went above & beyond & very kindly sorted it out & l was very grateful! This is not my first order with this company. They are seriously good chocolates and worth every penny spent! The website is easy to use and the delivery was fast. I particularly wish to praise the customer service team, especially in mentioning Catherine. I made an error in ordering completely my fault and Catherine sorted it for me very quickly. It was a very positive customer experience - a clear website, with excellent information on ingredients - particularly vegan products - and easeful transaction completion. As it was my first order, I was given a 10% welcome discount code that had been sent to me on email sign up - and it worked fine. I was able to track the delivery on a Royal Mail link that was provided. Parcel delivered in less than 48 hours. Recipients of the delivery are super happy with the quality of the chocolates. Amazing service!

What a helpful company. Emails with Catherine were dealt with speedily and placing my order through Lizzie from the Kings Road shop couldn’t be simpler. So friendly as well. Very bad service. Still haven’t received my chocolates for valentines. No customer service helpline. Manager at kings road very unhelpful and rude and said she is the manager of whole rococo shops !! Incredible. Service Not luxury at all. They never delivered to the right place and I asked them to leave in safe place which they never did. It’s like a week after valentines!! I regret picking rococo as they are very bad customer service than a cheap shop but they are supposed to be luxury and expensive.

Amazing chocolate and customer service! I have been buying Rococo chocolate for many years, it's the perfect indulgent treat and great gift for special occasion's. Using the online shopping service is easy and a great option as the shops are closed at the moment. I had a small issue with the courier delivery which the customer care team (Catherine) dealt with quickly and went out of her way to make sure I had my order in time. Definitely the best customer service experience I have had for a long time. I would recommend shopping with Rococo :)
