Easy and straightforward. Found the event I wanted easily.

Evening ruined by audience members who were drunk. One couple sitting near us were either completely drunk or high on drugs. No sign of security and other audience members (like us) too worried to challenge them. People constantly up and down to buy beers or go to the toilet. Others on their phones or talking. We left at the interval. We spent a lot of money on tickets. Really disappointed. Why does the bar even need to be open during the performance?

Bought 4 tickets for Sting in the pre-sale which we were very pleased to get thinking they were the last available but the next day in the general sale better seats at the same or higher price mysteriously suddenly became available but the Eventim won't allow you to exchange seats, even if you are prepared to pay any difference in seat price, unless you also pay the booking and postal fees again which amounts to almost £50 so in effect you are paying £100 for these which seems totally unfair considering less than 24 hrs had gone by since the initial purchase and no tickets had been issued yet. I know from experience other venues like the RAH don't do this.

The event has been cancelled, and no reason has been given. The ticket price will, hopefully, be refunded, but the fees totalling £10 will NOT! How can companies get away with this? I will NEVER deal with this company

Why do “processing fee” and “delivery cost” need to be charged? That’s an extra £4!
