The event was cancelled upon arrival. I had no refund or confirmation like some of the other customers and chasing this up . A waste of time and journey.

Easy to book tickets - good view of seating plan. I'd love it if you brought back proper tickets. AND - at least update your ticketing so that, once the ticket is available, you can add it to the 'wallet' on your mobile phone. I appreciate the reply from Eventim - but as the ticket I booked IS an Eventim venue event and I do have the app, you could really have it available / compatible with Apple Wallet. It's no big deal, just a little inconvenient. And paper tickets are often now offered as 'souvenir tickets' for an extra charge....You simply cannot have a memorabilia QR code. SO glad places like The Royal Albert Hall still do proper tickets.
