Eticket was the only choice, which had a £2 fee, then didn't work! Had to go to box office an hour before doors open to collect ticket, then was told they couldn't do it til doors open, so had to wait outside for an hour, got to front of queue to be told I had to wait in a different queue. Box office printed out a hand written ticket, went to go in and the security said it wasn't vaild as there was no barcode to scan. Appalling service.

This is the 2nd time I have used Eventim. Very easy to use no drama.

I bought two tickets valued at £64. Fees totalled £15 on one simple transaction that needed no input from Eventim - I did all the work myself!! Fees totalled nearly 20% of the ticket cost - that can never be a reasonable level. You're ripping us off - tickets agencies are parasites - you create nothing, you simply take. All ticket agencies should be shut down having abused their position of power. EDIT: The fact that charges "are detailed before you complete a booking" misses the point entirely. The charges are out of all proportion to what is provided - they are a rip-off which can only exist in a cartel designed to exploit customers unfairly. Parasites, all of them.

The amount charged as the extra / admin fee is ridiculous these days.
