The buying process was simple, the pricing was fair and not inflated as other sites are. Hopefully attaining the tickets and admission are as easy.

Generally pleased with buying tickets with Eventim UK. Easy to use and some good venues are available. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot get a paper copy of the tickets and they are not good at providing information about timings for the support band and main act up-front.

This company lies to you. They blame you for their ticketing problems, the passes you off to STAR. Who they know can’t help as no tickets has been brought. It is just this companies way of washing their hands with you
