Booking was very simple, but trying to resale a ticket is difficult especially since I am from USA.

This is my local venue and I go quite often to shows and concerts. But I think it is just ridiculous for a ticket that is communicated at £55 to end up paying £66.25 on Eventim's website, covering Delivery for a digital tickets, and venue levy and booking fees.... Edit: I am not saying I was not aware of the fees, I am saying it is ridiculous to have 10% increase of a product with fees, and also delivery fees for an electronic ticket. But I guess it seems normal to you. Hopefully toiles use will remain free at your venue.

I’m waiting for a reply for a request for £90+ refund for 4 tickets for a cancelled gig and I’m not getting any response from the company, despite 3 or 4 requests. It’s been over a week now. It’s not really good enough!

Quick and easy process to order and pay for tickets.

I am disgusted that the only way to access your ticket is through your app on a smart phone. What happens if you don't have access to a smart phone or your battery dies on the night. I couldn't find a option to print a ticket with a QR code on it so that I would have a hard copy. Also how can you justify charging £2.50 for "Delivery & Transaction costs", when it is delivered electronically to an app. An app which I have to download and sign into. I should be paid £2.50 instead for the work I have to do.

I hate the bullying - forcing me to use a smartphone to get in to the show. I want to leave it at home when I am attending an event with thousands of strangers.
