VIP tickets on sale with no explanation and no disability tickets on early bird link
You sold VIP tickets with no details of what the package entailed. After purchasing two tickets I emailed Salt and Tar management to find this out. VIP consisted of raised area plus bar- No toilets, I was told I would have to come out of ViP area and queue for portable toilets. So total waste of money !!! The Disability tickets where not part of the sale when they went live on Wednesday 17 July, they were added later on, then greyed out! When you tried to purchase them there was an Added section for carers ticket which didn’t work, its been a very stressful process! As someone with a disability this was not well thought out at all. I’m trying to sort this with the venue management team and Sound City, who have agreed to swop tickets over!

Poor service compared to other ticket sites.
When the event is cancelled at late notice by the promoter, with no valid reason given, guests should be entitled to a full refund including booking fee. Customers should not be out of pocket because an event does not run. I had an event cancelled only last week with another ticket agent due to the weather, and received a full refund for this. Very poor customer service.

Misleading lack of information and dishonest reply
It was not made at all clear that purchasing a Meet & Greet ticket did not include admission to the actual show as well. Not only was this not made clear, it actually wasn't possible to buy both types of tickets at the same time. The website used a radio button to select ticket type, meaning only one type of ticket could be selected for purchase. This was very misleading, I'm not sure if it was just bad design or done deliberately to mislead people into spending more money than they thought were going to. Very poor. ####################### A very dishonest reply from Eventim. They have now changed their website to make it clearer that the meet and greet is an add-on, and have now made it possible to buy both a general admission ticket as well as the meet and greet in the same transaction. This was not the case when I bought my ticket. An honest reply would have been to admit that they had made a mistake and have now amended their website so that it is no longer misleading. This is an extremely poor and dishonest reply, score remains one star, I wish I could give zero stars.
