I didn't particularly like the time pressure on almost every step and to realise at the end that I could've got the same tickets for cheaper on alternative sites.

Over £12 extra fees were added on top of the ticket price. I had to pay a delivery price to download my ticket via an app which is crazy.

Easy to use & book tickets through

Purchasing the ticket was simple...whilst the ticket wasnt ridiculously expensive your charges of 3 different fees at the checkout meant I was paying an extra 25% on top of my gig ticket..you even charged me £2.50 to print my ticket at home...neither Ticketmaster or Ticketweb charge you a fee for printing your own ticket..or downloading it to a mobile device..utter profiteering
