Simplicity of use

Brought tickets and was cancelled by the event organiser we were charged for a refund minus £14 pounds,even though they cancelled ,disgraceful sorry reply not good enough no one should loss money if u decided to cancel a show,this would not happen in any other sales,!!

Purchasing the ticket for the car park was easy. On the day, no problem gaining access to the car park, however when it came to leaving the event, there was not one steward to be seen in the car park and as a result of this, it took almost two hours to get out . Oh, and the postcode was wrong too

Very easy site to buy your ticket and veiw dates and other artists. My only issue is tickets only available when you download the app... I have an older phone and will have to get the app nearer the gig but more my phone than their fault

Easy and straightforward transaction. Hugely convenient having the app with access to all tickets and parking which was also available off line

As a disabled person I was very let down. as a raytons fan I attempted getting an accessable ticket for the event as soon as they were released but no accessable ticket were listed I purchased normal tickets so I wouldn't miss seeing them then accessed your site daily to see if any were released but to no avail. I called several times but was told that there wasn't any space left in accessable area. When I requested disabled parking I was told that there was only parking for people that had managed to get an accessable ticket. I'm in a wheelchair so I just had to hope it didn't rain. On the night the. Accessable area was only 50% full. And when I asked if I could use the disabled toilet I was nearly refused luckily I had my radar key on me and she letr through. Now not all disabilities are visible but I was in a mobility scooter I don't use it for fun. The concert however was amazing the raytons put an unforgettable show. Eventim need to look at how the handle disabilities

I booked a ticket for an event that was cancelled and I found out online while looking for other events. There was no notification or email to indicate this until I contacted them twice. I’m still waiting for a refund. My friend was refunded but not the full amount as well as they deduct service fees. This is ridiculous. We had no control of the event being cancelled.

On 6 Jul 2024, around 21:15, I am watching the concert of Ekin Cheng inside the eventimapollo. When I am taking the video for the singer at the auditorium as other audience doing, a staff in the auditorium came in front of me and tried to stop me to take the video and he impolite and rudely walked towards me and requested me to go back to my seat. I have already stepped back step by step to the back of the auditorium per his instruction, but he insisted me to go back to my seat, and he impolitely standing in front of me and blocking my sight to continue watching the concert. I requested him not to block my sight and disturbing me to watch the concert, but he still standing in front of me and then he made a call to another 2 staff. A few second, 2 staff, they claimed that they are the security came and they "carry" me from the auditorium to outside the concert venue and to the street. They hurted my left shoulder, even I shouted that I have hurted and they still not stopping to carry me out to the street. I have a video record on what they have done.

How on earth can there be FOUR different additional charges on one ticket purchase. Outrageous to add nearly 25% on top of list price. And spare me the righteous comments... what do I actually get for my additional £12.85
