Easy to book tickets and payment easy

I want to be able to book tickets and have them emailed to me without having to download yet another ticketing app and praying it works when arriving at the venue

Really easy on the app to buy gig tix and download them straight to mobile device.

The first time when I purchased my tickets was brilliant but I am now trying to buy another ticket for the 15 August it will not let me purchase another. On my first order I inadvertently purchased one under 18 ticket so still require one more adult ticket!!

No down load of tickets option Also poor seating allocated back row of the balcony Not very happy

If you make an error it can be difficult to correct.

Booking tickets for lord of the dance was straightforward and easy.

It wasn't that easy to use the website. I wasn't sure whether I will get my tickets in the post?

Easy to use app. Kept informed of events.
