The process is easy enough but there are 4 different fees added to the ticket price, booking fee , venue levy , processing fee and delivery&transaction costs. As I was using the App and tickets are delivered there surely the latter 2 would be part of the booking fee !!

Expensive admin charges for no service

Expensive charges. I’m now ill and can’t go. Standard reply of no options available sent. We’ve paid for admin and not received any. Avoid.

Disability assistance

After booking tickets I realised that I hadn't requested disability help . I was unsuccessful with the venue to arrange this .. I contacted Eventim to request cancellation (which I didn't want) they have assisted myself in securing the help I need on arrival to the venue.

Face value!!

Face value!!! Plus the £15 in fees. Why am I being charged £2.50 for delivery when the tickets are available for download immediately and are followed up by an automated email? Plus there's the processing fee and of course the booking fee. And yes, I know you'll claim you're forced into it by the venue but I'm pretty sure you added a good % to what they charge for your profit already, so why penalise us when we can't book through the venue itself by adding even more charges. Oh yes, because we have no choice. Reply to comment - It makes no sense at all that I'm being charged the same to be sent an email as you charge to print, pack and post. So either they aren't being charged for staff time, printing, envelopes and postage costs - or I am. Whichever it is, it's completely unfair. Especially when compared to other online retailers.

Off to a gig tomorrow.....

Off to a gig tomorrow so tried to download my tickets. My brand new imac was told it was not compatible with either App offered (!). Download the mobile App. No button saying "My tickets". Eventually find them by trial and error. Can't put them in my wallet or download to print, in case I have no battery on the night. Frankly as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I shall use Ticketmaster next time (and they are rubbish too). Not good enough!
