Can't fault them at all.Billie got back to me so quickly, had thought on his feet and sent me my tkts as an attachment as being elderly, the technology baffled me.He was so polite and helpful in his email and certainly went that extra mile to help me.Thank you Billie you're a star and a credit to Eventim Apollo.

Very poor service

Very poor service, after changing date of event without any serious reason I asked for full refund as that date are not suitable for me and as well with insurance they charge me over 25£. I was meant to give 0 star but sadly are not possible

Loads of extra charges added

I love the London Apollo as a venue, but Eventim's pricing structure is absolutely ridiculous. Johnny Marr was advertised at £ 36 per ticket, but they charge a ton of extra fees adding £ 8.75 per ticket in my case! There is a substantial "booking fee" and "venue levy" per ticket. This booking fee does not allow you to avoid the added "processing fee" + (digital) "delivery and transaction fee" per order....

Poor service and under hand small print - No E ticket option for event in Basingstoke on 22 Oct (hello this is the 21st century) Paper tickets to be dispatched to my home address - but tickets purchased on 10 Oct so plenty of time ! On the day of the event - realised tickets had not arrived (mea culpa) so subscribed to Eventim app - hoping for some options - only then to be hit with the small print - I should have made contact within last 72 hrs (only by email no phone option) for alternative arrangements - thus my fault and no recompense available So what - non attendance and no refund available This is a poor ticketing organisation - which still relies on the Royal Mail for hard copy delivery of tickets AVOID

Good customer service

Booked a recent event with these guys, unfortunately there was mix up with the booking meaning they couldn't fulfil it (not Eventims fault). They showed fantastic customer service in calling me personally and offering an alternative slot and refunding the original booking. Would def use them again 😀

Just bought tickets for my daughters…

Just bought tickets for my daughters birthday, but unfortunately I bought standing by mistake, so as its difficult for my daughter to stand for a long tiome I asked if they could just swap the tickets to sitting (of which plenty are still available), but was sent a generic no refunds no exchanges reply, why can't you hel a customer with an easily fixable issue, unless this is sorted I will never purchase anything from these ever again

Greedy and Unscrupulous

Another on-line ticket company that takes the Mickey. I bought 2x tickets with a face value of £15 each, at total of £30 you'd think? But no, £38.50 including 'booking fee' - £2.25, 'processing fee' - £1.50 and 'Delivery and transaction costs' - £2.50. Then, to ad insult to injury, you get a pop up at the and that promises "£16.87 Cash Back!" and in small print "for 15 pounds/month". I know from experience you never get your "cash back!", but they definitely take the money from you bank account. Ticket companies have been getting away with this crap for too long.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Why isn't there an option for zero stars please? Booked 2 tickets for 25/11/23. Eventim changed the dates to 10/02/24 and refunded me £10 less. Exactly what service have they offered me, apart from clicking a button, if that? They changed our contract and I'm being penalised? I'm begging you all to avoid Eventim. This is proper daylight robbery. Our 2 tickets were £60, so withholding £10 is totally unacceptable. They should make their money on people who actually attend the concert. They won't even respond to my request.
