For a £14.50 face value ticket
For a £14.50 face value ticket, they charged an extra £1.81 booking fee, an extra £1.50 processing fee and then if that wasn't enough, a delivery charge of £1.50 on an E-ticket!!?! Nearly a fiver extra on top for no real reason. No excuse for that. E tickets should be free. End of. Just a booking fee is suffice at a push. No need for a processing fee. If you can avoid using this ticketing company then do so.

E-tickets no longer be valid
I received the e-tickets at the time of purchase. Two weeks before the concert, I was first informed that I would receive the tickets in pdf format and the e-tickets would no longer be valid. Then they changed their mind again and told me that I could only collect the tickets at the box office one hour before the concert. Ridiculous organization for a concert.

I selected two tickets row A, ended up with row T. There is no way of backing out of a purchase and the support is only be e-mail; by which point the event would be sold out. Really not happy.
