I bought my tickets for a show in Apollo London. A day earlier to the show, I had to change the date of the visit due to change in my schedule. When I approached Eventim customer services, Support executive was very much helpful. He communicated with the show organisers and received the permissions for the necessary changes and helped me in getting the tickets for the new date. It avoided considerable loss of ticket money as I wouldn't have been able to view of original dates. At the end, a happy customer!. Recommend Eventim surely.

I bought tickets to a gig through Eventim UK. Foolishly I let a typo on my email slip through and I lost track of the booking. It was saturday night but I sent off an email to their support. The next morning, although it was sunday, I received an early reply and then in a quick series of emails managed to retrieve the booking.

Absolutely Oversold & Rammed people in for Jack Johnson 22 June 2023. Intimidating staff, badly organised long queues. Greedy venue to oversell tickets, extremely overcrowded so very uncomfortable & so hot with inadequate air con and no extra screens so visibility was extremely poor for most. IMO (& others there were loudly complaining too) it was a total health & safety hazard as so overcrowded & we didn’t see any safety marshalls/stewards - all the entrances were blocked with people. If there was a fire or medical emergency in there tonight there would have been a disaster. Should be investigated! This venue ruined the show (although Jack Johnson & the band sounded fabulous we couldn’t see him - arrived an hour before started and could still only just about squeeze into the back by the exit - £60 a ticket to just listen is not on! Total waste of money. Waited 4 years to see Jack Johnson - very disappointing experience. Will never return to this venue for a gig! Do not recommend.

Fantastic, efficient and helpful customer service. I got a reply to my email within minutes of sending it. Shame they do not offer any refunds even in extreme circumstances, but in my case I do have the option to re sell. Great to see my orders on the account too.

Shocking customer service... Double charged me for an order, but didn't want to realise their mistakes. I tried for a week to resolve this, talked several times to my Credit Card Provider who assured me they took the amount twice from my account. Eventim only offers customer service via email which is even more painful. I've given them all the proof I have, which they're not accepting so they're withholding the tickets until I cancel my dispute. Very very frustrating experience.

I was unable to attend an event for which I'd bought tickets (unavoidable - medical issue), I had purchased their missed event insurance which turned out to be a scam basically Do yourself a favour, do not purchase tickets via this Company, and if you do, definitely do not purchase the Ergo/Mayday missed event insurance

Purchased tickets for the Hideaway Show @ Crix. Received an email today to say the show has been cancelled. "IN THE NEXT 14 DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND; however, you can KISS GOODBYE to the rip-off Booking Fee, Processing Fee, Transaction Fee, Postage Fee, we charged you” So basically, these toe rags can set-up scam events, sell thousands of tickets, cancel and then steal all their rip-off fees!!!! Close down these horrible, nasty, parasite companies!!!!
