The number and amount of additional charges added on top of the ticket price is outrageous.

Tickets didn't show up in the app I was asked to use for accessing it.

AEG and Eventim own the venue, therefore they set the capacity, In my opinion, this capacity is to high, as the paying public are packed in like sardines at a sold out event. This has a knock on event, causing Difficulties in going for a beer, toilet or smoke, even trying to actually see the Band! The staff have to face the frustration of the public because of this. Not impressed.

I booked the wrong date by accident. Wouldn't let me change the date even through there were tickets available and I had purchased the insurance. Not cool and just mean.

I’ve used Eventim a few times and I much prefer them to other ticket agencies. Their site is easy to navigate and purchase your tickets. Confirmation email literally follows in a couple of minutes.
