Purchased earlybird tickets for the Taskmaster Live Experience, 5 tickets at £55 per person. Today, I received an email offering tickets for £25 per person, for the same experience, date and time that I have booked. I emailed to request as refund of the difference of £150, but of course this was refused because they’ve covered this off in their Ts&Cs. No integrity.

Very easy to order tickets and great options of how to receive them.

Charging £2.50 for ticket delivery via an app is ridiculous. Tickets are expensive enough anyway, and this adds insult to injury. The booking system is glitchy - especially when one has to reestablish what ones password is.

If they can sell your seat for more money they will reallocate you to cheaper seats. Very disappointing night out.
