It was so easy to access the site and obtain the ticket I wanted, and all done quickly

I’d hoped as a person with a non visible disability who needs a PA that I would have been able to buy accessible tickets in the presale.

Tickets not available for essential companions online. No info on how to get later found out if I had called venue I could have got. Feel this could have been made clear on site as hurried to get tickets incase they sold out.

Being charged £2.50 to download into Eventim's own app is a disgrace. Yet another booking rip off

Not impressed with Eventim. It took me 4 times to get the Eventim web site to process my booking, so low marks there. The cost of using Eventim to make the booking is ridiculously high, so more low marks. The next time I want to see a show I shall go to the theatre booking office myself.

Extra fees and forced to pay for a ticket on an app, not even a printed one you can keep!, that's just ridiculous. Of course the 3 additional fees are shown up front, but you still don't have a choice if you want to go and see bands.
