Always straight forward with Eventim. Great range of shows and efficient ticket purchase. It would be great if I can add them to my apple wallet.

I added seats to my basket about 30 times before finally getting two tickets. This was very poor. The seats I ended up with were not what I wanted and am very disappointed that this was all I could get when I was on the website ready to purchase at 12pm.

Easy purchase , easy to navigate

Hidden fees, delivery fee for a ticket on an app, have to use an app when it could just be emailed, have to create an account. Obviously not unusual in the ticket industry but not pleased.

Easy to navigate the site, cheeky little pic of the view from chosen seat - before purchase very nice touch! Looking forward the the show!

When trying to choose seated tickets the seat details are not given to view until you go through the process of booking and signing in, unless you choose the seating plan option.

I wanted to buy 2 lounge passes but the button wouldn’t let me change it, so I bought 1 and then went to buy another one but now sold out!!! I have 1 but can’t use it without my partner
