I ordered a collection of integral LED bulbs to replace all bulbs throughout a rental property we own. They were delivered next day and appear to be of very high quality when installed. None have failed so far.

The LED tube ordered arrived the next day very well packaged.

Got fed up with being shabily treated by one of your competitors.When you spend thousands of pounds, I think you would expect to be treated nicely, promptly and proffessionaly. I have switched to The LED Specialist and their prices are good, the service is great and they sound friendly. Not to much to ask but so many fail these basics.You dont have to put up with it, so by switching I feel a lot happier.

Great company, fast delivery, no problems. Only took a star off because it's just... ridiculous how much packaging they put on their items. It's too much. We're talking a box, tube, a layer of brown paper, bubble wrap, plastic film, and finally packaging tape. I get it that they want items to arrive to you intact but we're very environmentally conscious and we've already got too much bubble wrap, so the sheer amount of plastic we're having to put in recycling from a mere 2 orders is staggering. And it's a pain to open.
