I ordered a number of bulbs of three different types on the website, only to be called shortly after to hear that one type was not in stock so they would refund me. I ordered on their website a different version meeting the same requirement but found this smaller order attracted a £5 delivery charge, so I phoned them and they immediately agreed to refund that. I then got a message from them that another of my three types was not in stock, and they were voluntarily replacing it with a longer lifetime (more expensive) version without additional charge. Just need to get the website reflecting what you can actually supply, guys - other than that a very satisfactory, prompt and courteous service!
