Goods delivered but perhaps a review of the courier (APC) and in particular educating drivers the difference between 'Invoice address' and 'Delivery Address' !!!! The LED specialist i will award 4 stars and It would have been 5 stars id their couriers drivers could read.

Package arrived well wrapped and very quickly. Lights lovely and bright just what I wanted.

Goods delivered next morning by courier, with free delivery for orders over £50. Good quality products (Philips LEDs) well packed and at a competitive price. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I found the web ordering process confusing - after making payment by PayPal you are returned to the site to 'place' the order, however you first have to check a box to agree Terms and Conditions but cannot then 'place' the order unless you first click a button to 'update' the order (the only 'update' being the agreement to terms and conditions). I know of no other site that works in this way (normally payment is the final stage after agreement to T&Cs and confirming order details). It took me several attempts to work out how to complete the process successfully (although no Paypal payments were actually taken by the failed attempts).

Ordered an LED bulb and dimmer. Fitted it 2 days later and no problems. This is a very exciting review.
