Great website, good price, fair postage, quick delivery. Wanted a low light bulb, said it was equivalent to 20W but its really bright & harsh. No good.

On these websites when they ask for a billing and delivery address you would assume that they would deliver to the DELIVERY address - not in this case! I read a few reviews of people with the same experience from this company but I thought it wouldn't happen to me. Unfortunately it did! I then had to pay for a courier to get the lamp to me so ended up costing more than their competitors. Poor service.

Unfortunately some of my items weren't in stock and it wasn't known when they would be back in stock from the suppliers. They were quick to inform me of this and apologetic. I requested a refund in full which happened after a gentle reminder. I was happy with the communication and apologies but wish that real time stock levels were visible before ordering. I would use them again thanks to their good communication and honesty.

Beautiful, fresh light from the Integral brand warm white GU10. Avoid the dim and greenish things you still see in DiY stores. Arrived very quickly, soundly packaged. At this sensible Led Specialist price, we shall be able to swap out all our lighting, and not have to do it again for, what, 25,000 hours!

I ordered six of these R80 LED spot lights to replace the energy saving spotlights in my kitchen as they were dull.I chose these lights from the LED Specialist after looking around the various diy stores in town and deciding that they were far too expensive.and searching the online stores, They seemed very good value, with good reviews and with free delivery.They arrived by courier within three working days,packaging was very good and secure,I felt confident that none would be broken upon opening them.All were intact.They are now in the kitchen looking 100% better than the energy saving ones.They give an instant bright light when switched on and seem to have given my kitchen a fresh new look with the lovely light they give off..Although the initial expense makes you think twice about buying LED's I am so pleased that I decided to embrace this new technology and am more than happy that it is money well spent.They were at least £3 cheaper each than in the local diy stores so it really does pay to shop around.I will definitely use this supplier again and recommend them too.Well done LED Specialist.

Buying in larger numbers led to discounted price for Philips Leds than I could find anywhere else. Delivery was quick, order well packaged and all bulbs worked fine. Would recommend and use again in future
