案内がわかりにく過ぎる

First of all, I passed the exam prince2.V7. But I have to mention that although I understand prince2's method, the questions and answers of the exam are difficult to understand. This is because peoplecert uses their “own” language. You have to read between the lines and be aware of every little description/word that can be the game changer. To come back to the Prince2 method: It is a simple and clear project management method. On the other hand, it is very hierarchical and not very agile.

Multiple issues with people cert, course work went missing from the platform contacted to ask about getting access again and was pushed person to person with no real help provided. Ended up looking at online tutorials outside of people cert and third party coursework options. When I did attempt to sit the exam I was provided Spanish course materials even though I was booked in English. Was advised I could sit the exam on Sunday which I declined and was advised I would get a call back which never happened. The cost of the course should cover some service and course work. Would advise PMI for your project management course work.

Great exam, very reliable, transparent process. Ok-ish response (6 days for a single single-choice paper exam with 40 questions ... hmmmm. Didn't figure out my percentage up to now, must be hidden somewhere. I'd like to be provided with a nice certificate that can be used to promote my name & skill on social media (not an expensive printout to hang in my home office). The website itself is horrible - so many crashes, Links resulting in 404, ... Feels like 1996.
