Pourquoi une hausse des prix ?

Est ce que je peux savoir pourquoi en ce vendredi 6 septembre je vois que les prix de vos certifications sont passés à un prix exorbitant de 127€ alors que déjà vos certifications était à un prix inacceptable de 94€?

They have charged me £119.99 for a subscription I don't want, and don't need, and are refusing to cancel it and refund me. I tried logging in to their site to cancel it, had to reset my password, and they sent no link, so I couldn't cancel the subscription.

Using PeopleCert for prep and taking my ITIL course was great. Registering for use and accessing for exam were all straight forward with my examiner giving clear instructions all along the way when required.

Frustrating support experience

You buy their online course for an exam that requires a Course completion letter and they ask you to produce the letter for them to publish your results. You reach out to their 24/7 chat platform who quickly point you to customer service, and they take ages to respond to your logged issues. Frustrating experience.

If you can avoid this firm - do so

If you have an alternative course firm - then use it. They charged me 125 Euros for a studybook they cannot deliver. No results of escalating when the deadline of express delivery was overdue. No results of escalation of the refund for the book. No one takes responsibility. No one gives an apology for not being able to delivered the paid product. It is very tragic that this company provides training in processes and delivery without being able to fulfill a simple order from their website. Stay away.

Online trainer on day 1 was great

Online trainer on day 1 was great, but had to change on day 2-5 due to our trainer having to train elsewhere. New trainer lovely, but didn't really explain when we didn't understand something. Far too many emails with too much information about exams etc... too much to get through to find out where to find everything, so much so the tutor on day 1 had to go through quite a bit which ate into our learning time. Generally felt overwhelmed with the training material and felt that 1 week wasn't sufficient to learn all that we needed to learn with the tutor. The new tutor often said just take 10 mins to read through this next segment, without explaining. I've never felt so stressed and often ended up in tears, which is certainly not me. Others in the team said they felt the same way and they'd been doing projects for many years. Had to do some intense studying for the exams but was lucky enough to find some explanations on YouTube. The exams, which I took online, were awful experience. First, I had to cover up monitors and my TV - which were all unplugged. I couldn't get a room where all the doors where in view at the same time as me and initially couldn't get past the ID stage as it wouldn't accept the photo. I was in a panic as, despite setting up 15 minutes before the exam was due to start, it was after my allotted time when I finally got in as I had to call the helpline. It was 20 minutes later when I was finally able to start my exam - very stressed! The proctor did offer me chance to take a break but I just wanted it over with. The second exam was even worse. I borrowed a small table and set up my room in my lounge with my and my entrance door in sight with the camera - however this wasn't acceptable either as my dining room led off the lounge with some double doors and despite me showing the proctor that there was no-one there and that it had no other entrances, it still wasn't acceptable. We finally found a compromise - again leaving me very stressed. The final straw was when we were told to download a copy of the handbook for the open book so that it wasn't accessed online. I downloaded the bookshelf and opened the book, but the proctor said that this wasn't allowed. She said that there is a book in the exam and we tried to access this but it was not available. My laptop was a new laptop running on Windows 11 and using Chrome. The WiFi was very strong too. She then asked if I had another device to refer to the manual on and there was only my phone. I struggled to search on the phone and was not able to properly access the book for reference and felt that this played a major part in me not passing the 2nd exam. I had practiced using the book on my laptop and was used to where the search was and could actually read the writing on it, rather than snippits on the phone. I was extremely disappointed that the tech provided within the exam wasn't working. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the course as I felt it was stressful from start to finish.

Overall good experience

Overall good experience. The only minus on the experience was while booking the exam. Once I felt confident to book the exam and went online to book it, I was spammed with information on Take2 insurance, extra mock up tests and other ways of spending money. Obviously it takes all the confidence away as well. Other than that, very helpful customer service.

Falla técnicas del sistema

Cuando me registre la página, se quedó pegado (problemas técnicos del sistema), volví a ingresar y volver a registrarme a la fecha que deseo (3 días después). Me llega una notificación indicando q la fecha y hora de mi examen es 30 min antes de la hora de mi registro. No hay lógica registrarse antes del mismo registro. Esto le comento al servicio de soporte y la única respuesta que me dan, es que debo extender mi examen, pagando cuando claramente es un problema propio del sistema.
