Proctor
The proctor was approx. 20 minutes late to my practitioner exam, I requested assistance during the exam which was not responded to for approx. 10-15 mins.
Exam top - Spam Emails flop
Die Kursinhalte sind generell gut. Was mich jedoch stört sind die E-Mails, die man bekommt, weil man testweise mal das Hardcover Zertifikat in den Warenkorb gelegt hat, um zu sehen, was der Spaß denn kosten soll. Wenn man dann von - mit Discount - 35€ abgeschreckt ist und die Website schließt, bekommt man anschließend fast täglich eine E-Mail mit der Erinnerung, dass man etwas im Warenkorb hat. Das ist aufdringlich und unseriös und grenzt an Spam. Zumal ich mich nicht erinnern kann, mich für irgendeine Art von E-Mail Kommunikation zu Werbezwecken angemeldet zu haben.
Unethical
The Proctors have been really nice however The one Proctor tried to be helpful and offered me membership and said I would get a free re-sit and a mock up exam when I signed up. When I could not see anything, she said i must call customer service. I called customer service and she said it is only for annual membership so I said that is not what I was told and then I asked her to upgrade to Annual so I can get the re-sit and the mock exam. She said I cannot because I need to wait for a month till the other membership ends. So how is this my issue. This should be escalated and I want my re-sit and mock exam as this is what was sold to me. This is unethical. Absolutely unethical. Selling incorrect information and then not helping the customer and saying sorry for the miscommunication and the customer service has no tolerance to make any adjustments to help customers at all.

The whole exam procedure was very supportive from booking till the end especially the online proctoring part.

Suggest you allow multiple attempts to the mock exams for candidates or give access to more practice exam questions. Review the functionality of the photo ID capturing tool. If possible eliminate that whole step since you are required provide your ID information during the candidate registration and also show your ID to the proctor anyway.

PeopleCert offers something called… Predatory Charge.
PeopleCert offers something called take2, it means if you fail, you get another chance, if you pass, well, good for you. It cost 100USD. I think it's damn opportunistic because candidates are usually nervous before exams, by offering this, they are predating on this exact weakness. Damn disgusting. What's worse, after passing, they charge you for a digital badge if you want one. What...?
Illegal practices
They renewed my subscription and charged me over £100 without my consent. When I wanted to cancel the subscription, they informed me that I could change it to a free plan within a limited time frame. I believe these practices are illegal as I have the right to cancel the subscription at any time if it is my will. I'm going to contact my lawyers as this is an abuse of my rights.
