DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This is the absolutely worst company to order from with probably the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an order on 12/6 and delivery date was 12/18. I called on 12/17 because the tracking kept saying unavailable and that my order was still being processed. The lady on the phone said in fact my order would not be delivered on 12/18 and she had no updates for me, but would put me on hold and check with a manager. I was placed on hold for over 20mins and then got hung up on. I called again this morning at 7:56am and got the same lady on the phone- she said to call back in 15 minutes because the system was down. Still no update on my order, no email on my order saying it would be late, and no call back. I will be calling my credit card company and cancelling this transaction. Take it from me, don’t put yourself through this. Take your business to Butcher Box.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again. They are quick to take your money but don’t ship the product. I get it’s a busy time of year but no one at this company can tell me what is going on with my order. They try to blame Fed ex and UPS but my order doesn’t show as shipped. I have called three days in a row Now! At this point I just want a refund. Can’t even get that. I will be reporting to the better business bureaus.

I have never had such horrible customer…

I have never had such horrible customer service. Ever. I emailed over a week ago. I get that you’re busy this time of year but I was patient. Then emailed AGAIN. nothing. I called yesterday at 6:00 and spoke with a rep that couldn’t help me but said someone would call me back in less than 24 hours. Still NOTHING. I’ve now tried to call 5 times and get disconnected every time. I want my order canceled immediately. I’ve asked long enough. I won’t order from you ever again. I was hoping to just push back the order because the recipients will be gone unexpectedly.

Pretty decent quality of steaks, even though I expected more reading the reviews about. Also we called customer service but no one picks up the phone?

I ordered a variety pack of steaks

I ordered a variety pack of steaks. Some were nice but others had a lot of fat. Not marbling like expected but large sections of fat throughout the steaks. I contacted customer service days ago but no action has been taken.

Not Impressed

I received the Assort108 package and after eating a few of these steaks I must say I'm disappointed. Today I grilled the blk angus ribeye and found quite a bit of fat on this steak; very unacceptable for a supposedly premium steak. This was not worth $200. Obviously I'll not be ordering more steaks from this company.

Best mail order steaks I've ever had

Easily the best mail order steaks that I've received. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out and the family loved the Chicago Steak seasoning.
