What a gyp. 99.00 for 4 steaks. Period. 4 hamburgers. I put in all the codes on my order. I got nothing free as advertised. I got no free shipping. And I got teeny tiny pieces of meat. No wonder they advertise all the time..no repeat customers

After my Big Bus Tour, my daughter and I stopped by Chicago Steak Company for a great meal with a terrific staff. All around we had the best experience and it was the perfect way to end a day I will never forget.

I am a 72 year old 100% DAV living in the Philippines---I order meats on line approximately 6 times a year for my 4 children living in the states. I have tried Omaha Meats, Kansas City Meats, Stockyards and Burgers Smokehouse---ALL, with No problem. I thought this year, I would give CHICAGO STEAKS a try---WRONG---TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT---Steaks arrived a day late---UNFROZEN---the "FREE" Promo they offered was NOT sent----Called them as did my son---they acknowledged I had typed in the Promo Code on the order BUT still REFUSED to send the Promo.....this arrogance and dishonesty from an on line meat company I have NEVER experienced before---I will NEVER order from CHICAGO STEAKS AGAIN and I am asking ALL my fellow Veterans in the VFW and American Legion and AMVETS--ALL, to take this warning NOT to order from CHICAGO STEAKS!!!! Low quality steaks horrible customer service
I was sent multiple steaks and put them all in the freezer once they arrived. When I went to take steaks out of the freezer one of them was black. Turns out the vacuum seal was broken. This had to have happened prior to arrival. So I call and they say the will do nothing because it was fine when I got it. Well it was frozen when I got it so there was no way to tell if the seal was broken and it had not sat in the freezer long enough at that point to turn black. So I can only assume they do not want to replace the steak because they do not rely on reorders as I can see why. The steaks were mediocre at best. So over priced steaks with horrible customer service. Stay away find a local butcher that does dry aging you will be much happier. Or for the price just find a restaurant that serves dry aged steaks.
