Have Rx on file for Pimobendan 10 mg with 150 left on script. I'm aggravated that recent refill was delayed obviously because VetApprovedRx called my local vet to procure new Rx. Original script was a paper copy from NC State University Vet School thus written by a doctor on staff there NOT local vet.

These folks really went the extra mile to get me my order. When they found they did not have the boxed version I'd ordered, they called me and said they would send me 12 loose packets plus a couple of extra! And they did! You don't find this kind of service many places these days so a big plus in my book and thank you!

The lady who always answers the phone (and I am very sorry my ancient brain can't remember her name) always makes my day with her friendliness and warmth. Recently, I tried to stop my order because my little dog was very sick and we weren't sure he would make it. well its fast service competitive prices the hold up is the Vets answering Vetapprovedrx but when your working ,working, working it's nice to have free time( a day off) instead of your free time heading to your vet to get meds ..... Thanks guys and girls got my dogs medicine fast A+
