Holds up by double sided 3m tape, which if misplaced or need to move strips off the wall's paint and loses its adhesive. Edit: The company worked with me to make things right and I appreciate it. I now have a properly blacked out room for my infant daughter. Works as described. Thank you

I would recommend SmartWings blinds to anyone looking for a great product at a reasonable price. The blinds came quickly and exactly as described. Customer service was outstanding when I called about an issue that I created myself. I had purchased the wrong Alexa Echo Show product to control my blinds by voice control. They voluntarily sent me the module to correct my issue. This was all done by chat in a matter of less than five minutes. It’s nice to see a business operate this way and take care of their customers. Thank you Smartwings!

The photos of the cell roller shades are misleading. In order for them to work, you need to have the giant battery pack clipped to the front. None of the finished gallery photos show this needing to be there and instead show a clean install....which isnt possible.

I'm in the early stages of ordering HomeKit capable blinds for the house. I ordered samples. They came in right away and were very reasonably priced. I hope the rest of my experience through this process is equally as good. Five stars for now.

Perfect fit and timely

Ordered a set of samples on Aug 18, supposedly got shipped on Aug 19, received tracking number… and that’s it. Tracking says “preparing shipment”. It’s Sept 1st. Would not buy shades from them.

Honestly the best shade I've ever ordered. Super clean looking. Very low noise when operating. Soft stop as it get close to the bottom of the extension. I ordered the hard-wired version, very few companies offer this. It was simple to install. The remote is great and looks very nice. I will be order a lot more of these and just purchased one as a test before purchasing for the rest of my home. Good purchase. (ordered the dual shade version.)

Had some issue of lost connection with the blinds, the customer support was great, they fixed everything and found a reasonable fix. I recommend those blinds
