Not so great. I can't tell you if these motorized roller shades are good or not because they arrived damaged. After attempting to deal with the company for almost a month to get the damaged items fixed, I ended up disputing the charge. Reason being, the answer I got repeated was "we need to talk to the factory and we will call you back." The calls never came, but when I called to check on the status multiple times over the last month, the answer was the same. Please note this company although based in Texas uses a Chinese manufacture and their process for handling damaged claims is lacking, unorganized, and not customer friendly. I have receipts showing emails, calls, and text messages in an attempt to get my damaged items corrected but no luck with the company. Be weary if you order from them.

Working with the Smartwings team during the ordering and post delivery process was very simple and they were very responsive. I would have provided a 5 star review but there was a minor issue related to the location of the Motor, Right / Left side that required additional wiring. They stated that the Motor side is viewed from the inside but it should have been from the Outside which resulted in the motor being mounted on the wrong side of the shade.

I had some difficulty adding the shade to Homekit and reached out to customer support. The representative was excellent and guided me through every step of the to ensure everything worked well. Let me hasten to say, the problem was not with the shades but with Homekit. I have never met a Rep more patient and helpful. I am totally wowed. The shades are awesome,great quality material and well built. I did this as a test order and I am so pleased I went back and ordered the zebra shades.

All was great. Measurements, instructions, lead time etc. The only thing that wasn't clear enough during my purchase is that I needed to add a hub in order to connect the blind to wifi. Otherwise, Super!

I like the way the blinds look, installation was relatively easy. The pairing button on the blinds must be moved to the front of the blinds. I had to re-pair with amazon 3 days after installation. Removal of the blinds to do this is like reinstalling all over, which means for me dragging the ladder through the house down the stairs again.

I ordered a z-wave enabled blind and was unable to connect it to my Smartthings v.2 hub. Instructions that come with product are obsolete and need to be updated. Even instructions that were sent via email are not accurate. US telephone support is pretty basic and detailed support is only offered via email. Despite the product not working as advertised, Smartwings is resisting issuing a full refund and is offering only a 30% refund. The company doesn’t appear to care about their customer’s satisfaction. Very disappointed.

Installed large shades in my restaurant they look beautiful. motor is noiseless and easy to install. it took me 15 minutes to install 3 shades. Highly recommended
