Poor communication. It’s been a week and no idea if my blinds are being prepared or when they might arrive.

I ordered 3 large roller blackout blinds and have been using them for about 2 weeks. Overall, they're great and the product is great, but they're not as "blackout" as I hoped. It's an inside mount roller shade and when SmartWings asks for the measurement of your window, that's for the top part where the roller and motor are, the shade itself is actually narrower, allowing light to bleed in.
