If you are measuring for inside-the-frame blinds/shades and you find you are in-between eighths of an inch: please, please, please - ALWAYS round down. Other than having to take some of the plastic end-caps off due to my mismeasurements, I am exceedingly pleased.

We ordered three room darkening cellular blinds with solar panels for our family room. The blinds work well with Alexa. We like them so much that we ordered more for the master bedroom and dining room.

1 out of the 2 roller shades we were sent came defective. It rolls up and down crooked. It also gets stuck from time to time when rolling down. I have contacted customer support and the responses have been delayed and a resolution has yet to be shared.

As a business owner, I know exactly what it takes to make customers happy and satisfied and SmartWings is definitely doing everything right. I’ve already ordered twice and a third order will be coming soon. I highly recommend this business.

Needing to cover a complete 104-inch set of triple siding doors, our solar shade was manufactured to the 110 limit and works like a charm. It wasn't difficult to install and operated as expected connecting to HomeKit straight away with no issues.

Handle as to be expected

Ordering process is good. Samples that we ordered came with instructions on measuring correctly. There isn't much information on the status of the order, but ultimately 2 1/2 weeks from order to delivery. The fit is perfect, and installation was simple. Shangri-La shades look great! My only critique on them is it's a little difficult to get them to the blackout position. No intuitive way to do so, that I've found. Just playing with the open/stop on the remote until they look closed. I'm sure it's because of the versatility of the shade. I made a script in Home Assistant to blackout at ~4% (position for shade). Also keep in mind that the "closed" position is with the fabric blinds open, allowing diffused light through.

Pretty straight forward install and works as described. Looks nice so hopefully I get years and years and years of service life from it!

I wanted to order two zebra blinds for my patio doors. I had a great experience with SmartWings. I had quite a bit of questions and the chat option was very helpful. I was able to order my two zebra blinds with no issues. They arrived within 2 weeks and it took us 20 minutes to install them. We are enjoying our motorized zebra blinds and have received many compliments. Looking forward to ordering more blinds for our bedrooms!
