Excellent product. Works very smoothly. Easy to install. Excellent customer service, available. Could have made the rail more robust as it may bend a bit if you don’t put enough supportive fixtures.

The company was really helpful and was able to order a larger width than was allowed online. Do order the side covers if you want to block light from the sides when closed.

So thankful I went with SmartWings for my motorized smart blinds. The product was delivered within 2 weeks, looks amazing, took less than 15 minutes to install (this coming from someone who is far from "handy") and works flawlessly with the remote and HomeKit. My whole experience with SmartWings has been nothing short of exceptional. I called customer service a few times with questions when placing my order and it was so refreshing to have someone answer the phone without having to go through a dozen prompts first and sit on hold forever. This is becoming harder and harder to find these days, so I think it's worth mentioning. As a consumer, I can honestly say that my experience with SmartWings was one of the best I've had in years. Everything exceeded my expectations and I saved over $6k compared to the quotes I received from local companies. Bottom line - I would HIGHLY recommend SmartWings to anyone who is in the market for new blinds.
