I have already order twice in the past so I decided to buy more and switch my current window shade. This is much better as it is linked to Siri and I am able to control my shade from my watch. Installation was super easy.

Our order had 3 items and 2 are incorrect. While the receptionist has been very easy to work with, the factory has not been as easy. We ordered 3 blackout shades. #1 not motorized with pull on right (correct) #2 not motorized with pull on left (pull is on right) #3 motorized with 10’ cord & 5 channel remote (no cord/no remote) The receptionist returned our call, apologized and said she would contact the company. When she called back she relayed the message from the factory saying we were wrong. I sent pictures of each of the shades, including the single correct shade. Haven’t heard from them since. It’s been 5 days now. I’m ready to cancel my payment if they do not contact us this week. At least the receptionist was kind and respectful!

Everything was great. Only issue I had was missing mounting brackets. The company didn't hesitate to ship me replacements immediately.

I don't usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered the blind and a few days later tried to cancel as it had not yet been shipped. However, it had been past the time frame to cancel. I was also unable to return the blind. The blind looked nice but it was not the right size (make sure you read the fine print for the actual blind size and not the top portion!!) and it didn't work for the area I had purchased it for (which is why I attempted to cancel before it had shipped). I now have a very expensive blind that doesn't fit and I cannot use.

This is my second room of smartwings roller shades and I couldn’t be more impressed. For the price, there’s no better HomeKit roller shade. We have the Swedish retailer’s shades, and their not as reliable. We have the fancy custom roller shades, and they cost 3 to 4 times what smartwings cost and they’re quieter, but not much better. These shades are reliable, attractive, and DIY. I love them!

The first sample book wasn’t what I was looking for, so make sure you’re getting the right one. The samples are large are very helpful.
