If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with customer service, there is no phone number available and takes forever for them to answer online. My package was returned to sender due to incorrect apartment number. They have given me no updates for two weeks where my package is and have no clue what is going on. I spent all this money and have nothing to show from. They are terrible please stay away from this boutique.

I placed my order on Thursday and had already arrived by Friday morning. The products are beautiful and exactly as advertised. Couldn’t be happier!

Do NOT buy from them. The quality is not worth the price you pay. They give you a false sense of quality by having their prices inflated, but no better than Shein but pay $100 rather than $20. First and last purchase was 2 dresses ($100 each) for my wedding anniversary and had to return both dresses as the quality of material and make were sub-standard. It was clear these dresses we cheap knock-offs and not at all the same as depicted on their online store. Don't waste your money, you are better off shopping Shein

First off the quality of the 2 garments I ordered were both extremely poor - drop ship quality, if not worse. The sizing was not true to size which I am seeing is a common occurrence. And there is no option for me to upsize on either garment as I ordered the largest size in each. Their refund policy won't allow for a refund on 'change of mind' which includes incorrect sizes. How is an incorrectly sized garment a change of mind? Have reached out to customer service and have not heard back. Revolting experience. Disgusting that they are getting away with it. Will NEVER shop from this site again.

They are quality products, fit as described, and leave me feeling classy (which is ultimately the goal). Australian boutiques, specifically Billy J, have become my favorite places to refresh my wardrobe.
