What a star, the garment is fabulous, I ordered a bigger size so that I can tuck jumpers inside, but to get it within 2 days was mind blowing. Back to the garment, well made, great fit, perfect length, honestly best I’ve had. 😁😁🤩

The dress I ordered is as gorgeous in person as it was shown on the website. The price was good and my order arrived really quickly too. Would definitely use Billy J Boutique again and recommend to others looking for a beautiful outfit 🙂

Where to start??? I am a 2025 bride from the UK and I saw the bridesmaid dresses billy j had and I instantly loved them. They did have a message on their website stating that it’s better to order them in batch and they dye these dresses and they’ll be dyed together if ordered together. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and the next day I received an email to say one of the dresses could not be fulfilled due to ‘inventory issues’ and a refund was on the way. I went back online and saw the same dress was in stock and available in the size my sister needed so I reordered again. To receive the same email again in the following days. I ended up picking another style for my sister about 3-4 days after original order and it was accepted (due to the delayed response from the second order). I was told on their website the 3 styles I selected were the same shade of yellow anyway so tried not to worry. When I received the first 2 dresses I had high hopes - then my sisters followed about a week later. Different material, different colour, stain on it, a pull down the front of the satin. Total mess. Since then I have been trying to return these dresses with customer service which is a total nightmare - they don’t respond to the questions you ask (I’m guessing this is to waste time as time difference means I am waiting for their office hours mon-friday and you have 30 days since point of order to get dresses to back to the other side of the world) I was offered store credit on faulty dresses at first? I am now being offered a refund providing I had to register through their returns portal which I was told I would have to purchase a returns label. (More money im losing) but there’s no option to do this and I was provided with a UK based address to send back to - customer service have given me an Australian address. You speak to somebody different in customer service (via email) everytime so nobody is clear and helpful. It’s like an automated response everytime. I understand these guys are Australian but this is against the UK consumer laws in so many ways - PLEASE AVOID if you’re from the UK or outside Australia. I am at my wits end and I am beyond furious and disappointed - I wanted my girls to look stunning in their dresses on my wedding day and now I’m out £300. Absolutely disgusting.

horrible customer service

I have had to order a bridesmaid dress 3 times from here, the first one said it delivered and it didn’t. The second one was lost in the mail, and I’m still awaiting the 3rd one. The customer service has been absolutely terrible and unhelpful. I haven’t gotten a refund, and they still have not figured out what’s going on with my shipments. They claim they’re working on it. You pay $20 for express shipping and it is not express, you may not even receive your package. This is an unreliable website, I would not purchase from here. Especially for something as important as bridesmaid dresses.
