The color is not like the photo, it took 3 weeks to deliver and I’ve emailed 3 times for a refund and nobody has gotten back to me. I’d be happy to send the dress back.

Quick delivery and easy return

I ordered two dresses for an upcoming wedding. One dress was cancelled with no explanation and the other dress was MASSIVE. I put it on my queen bed and it took up 3/4 of it. I thought maybe the belt on the dress would help the situation but unfortunately it's a no go. I really would like my money back to spend else where rather than a credit?

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a number of emergency bridesmaid dresses on Sunday via express delivery. Heard nothing so I chased today (Wednesday) then I get an email saying the order has been cancelled due to suspected fraud!! I used the same card I always use to the same address I always deliver to… they clearly just didn’t have the stock and didn’t l want to admit it…now I’m waiting for a refund (who knows if they will even issue it) and I have no dress.
