The quality of the dress I bought was amazing. It came very quickly and well packaged. The sizing was very small in comparison to what I usually purchase from other stores (runs small). Ensure you measure properly before purchasing. Delivery was fair - $12.00. But, if you need to return your item, there are no exchanges. You receive store credit only with the original delivery fee deducted, plus an extra $9 off for returns-fee. So, make sure you are 100% sure before purchasing! But, the sizing and returns policy is made clear on the website, which is very useful! Also, customer service was excellent. I emailed several times and received clear and kind feedback. Overall, I highly suggest shopping from Billy J!!

I bought two dresses and I want to return as I don’t like the fit. When I go to the website their return portal is turned off. I emailed and dm’d on insta but no replies. I guess I got scammed!!!

Billy J has been such a great experience for me as I have just recently moved to Australia and was looking for dresses to wear for some outings with my family and friends. The choices that Billy J has given was such a delightful experience and the staff was very helpful and kind while I was shopping.

Three of the same dresses were ordered for about 355$ total gone down the bucket. Picture this, it's your friend's wedding in September, and so in April you order first bridesmaid dress. It is too small, way to small, material sucks and doesn't stretch at all. You return hoping you get all of it back to order another size. Second dress comes in, still too small. It took 2 months to get anything back from the returns and you make less than 500 USD a month so you can't afford another dress. Finally send you return money, but oops out of the 125$ you paid you only get 70 because they charge 20 shipping there and 35 shipping back. Second dress, even though you returned a never used dress, is still 55$. You have no time so order 3rd dress, since first two only took a week to ship. The last one takes almost a month and it ships day after the wedding, costing another 125$ for a bag sitting on my nightstand. Had to tailor second dress for 50, bringing this total to 355$ for something worn once. Horrible service, who refunds only in-store and for not even full amount paid, and refuse refund for out-of-store actual money for a dress that took forever to deliever and then say "oh you have to read the return policy we have." Disgusting never order here again.
