Billy J’s customer service is wonderful!

Billy J’s customer service is fantastic. Someone is always ready to help and offer solutions, particularly recently when trying to organise hard copy gift cards for my bridesmaids to be, to purchase dresses from the stunning bridesmaid collection. The quality of clothing is always amazing! I am a happy frequently flyer at Billy J!

no full refunds

Didn’t realise this retailer didn’t offer returns for a full refund or exchange so I won’t be shopping here again. The sizing has been so inconsistent and I’m so over not getting poor quality fabrics from this company. Wish I’d paid attention to the refund policy sooner.

“Express shipping”. More like, “we use a cheap private delivery service that’s rated 1 star on Google that only delivers during work hours, and does not get taken to the post office for collection like every other company on the planet”. I have proof that the delivery drivers don’t attempt to deliver, and only say that they do to get home early. They ignore notes that ask for packages to be left in a safe place. Billy j claims to use aus post, dhl or dragonfly, however every time I’ve ordered, it’s always the same awful courier dragonfly. I imagine this is a money saving tactic with no care for their customers. How do you expect any working human being to receive their package if they have a job? That’s if the drivers are even bothered to deliver the orders. Billy j’s customer service team appears to be a bunch of gen z’s with no interpersonal skills, and no continuity of service, who lie and gaslight their customers with information that changes week to week. After the first lot of lies and disrespect, I requested a refund of my order so I could purchase something for my event elsewhere. In my opinion, this shouldn’t have been an issue, because I would not be home to receive my package before it gets returned back to sender. It’s the least they could’ve done to appease a customer who had been wronged, and is struggling with finances, considering they’d not be out of pocket at all once the package returned back to them. They blatantly refused, and continued shutting me down, and now they’ve lost a customer, that would’ve otherwise been a frequent return customer. We’re now 8 days later, no package in sight, and they refuse to assist me. When I called them out for this, I was told that they have the right to refuse me service… which is an interesting coming from a company holding my money hostage.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses with the bridesmaid policy. Once my bridesmaids tried them on and got sized up correctly, I ordered the correct sizes. The dresses came less than a week and they fitted absolutely perfect and the quality of the dress was amazing! I am so impressed with Billy J and I will definitely be recommending them to future brides.

Delivery was fast and there was no…

Delivery was fast and there was no damage, dress had a few crinkles but nothing a steamer couldn’t fix! The size chart didn’t quite line up with my proportions but it still fit like a glove so I was very pleased (I went with my usual size). Felt like a princess the dress was so beautiful and made very well.
