Anyone here who has an issue with this…

Anyone here who has an issue with this company BillingBetter or Homebox who was promised fixed-tariff and after a year or so, they will throw you a huge bill amount for your recalculated year-end energy consumption?! This bill was (January 2023 to January 2024). I was challenging them to provide me concrete proof that we owe them that amount but to no avail. I paid all the monthly bills that were sent to me but at the end of the year, despite of that, they told me that I have a debt of £4,500. As if I am living in a Palace. As of Oct. 2024 (£8,000) was their latest computation. It's been a year that I was complaining with them through call, emails, and more emails. But they seem to have no concrete explanation or plan to solve the issue. They don't have continuity of costumer support. Every email sent to them will have a different person replying. I have taken the problem to a higher authority. I am hoping to hear from folks with the same problem and how they've managed it.
