The entire process was easy and resulted in a great outcome at a reasonable price. The app is simple to use and allows you to meet your Handy worker prior to the visit. You also receive regular confirmations and status. I had never heard of Handy prior to this experience but will definitely use them again.

The company employs classic 'bait and switch' tactics. At sign up it stated "per cleaning" $320 - $270 discount applied if you sign up for 3 months of cleaning. Then it tried charging me $320 for the second cleaning. Note this rate is more than twice industry standard of $50/hr. I called customer service 3 times and each time they heard me out, said they are canceling the service and hung up on me.

Jeff was great. Very personable and professional. After mounting TV I decided I wanted it just a little higher and without question he took down the TV, took off the mount and moved it about 2-3 inches higher and remounted the TV. Highly recommend him

The pro (Darshil) that came to our house to fix our faucet was excellent. Even though the repair kit we had was lacking a couple of parts, Darshil found a way to complete the job. I would recommend him.
