I purchased a 8x10 outdoor shed from BJ's and booked Handy through BJ's website for installation. There was heavy rain on the day of installation so the handyman called and told me to call Handy and reschedule. i was given another appointment that was only 2 days later [i was impressed]. Two hours before the appointment, i received an email telling that Handy is rescheduling as no professional was available and the installation date was moved to 2 days later which was a weekend. On that scheduled day only one handyman showed up and the other did not. The guy who showed up left after 15 mins saying this was a 2 ppl job. I called and asked for a refund which has not been issued even after 2 weeks. I could give zero stars but the website would not let me write a review without giving at least one star. Don't book Handy ! Find a local handyman or call your neighbors/friends, ask them to help you and throw a beer and a pizza.

Only one pro showed up for my first appointment for a two man job. The pro would not work on anything. I contacted support and they weren’t able to schedule anything for another 48 hours. They assured me the next time both pros would arrive. Well, it’s appointment time and one one showed up and no one can get ahold of the second one.
