Person did a great job assembling my grille, everything works and is lined up. A bit of a problem with language barrier, but we got through it

We purchased two TVs from LG which were to be installed by two separate teams on May 8, 2024. One of the installation teams cancelled less than one hour before there scheduled time. Due to the size of the TVs, two installers were scheduled for each TV. One of the technicians showed up to install the second TV. He waited 45 minutes for the other technician before leaving. So, neither TV was installed. Both were rescheduled for May 10, 2024. Customer Service for Angi has been outsourced to the Philippines. The Customer Service representatives were very difficult to understand and provided no support. They basically just follow instructions per their operating manual. I wasted alot of my time due to Angi's inefficiency.

Corey was incredible and so accommodating. He spent time making sure that everything was done right and not trying to rush through my job. Will definitely use him again and the communication by handy and Corey could not have been better
